1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping:
- Across India (All serviceable PIN codes)
- International Shipping to select countries (subject to additional charges and customs regulations)
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders (Within India):
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
- A standard shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below ₹999
- COD (Cash on Delivery) may incur an extra fee of ₹50
International Orders:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
3. Delivery Timeframe
For Indian Orders:
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch (may vary based on location)
For International Orders:
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days
- Delivery Time: 10–15 business days after dispatch
Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen courier issues.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

5. Undelivered or Returned Orders
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping will be done only after confirmation and may incur additional charges.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by the courier service.
6. Packaging
All orders are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
