Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
  • Products showing signs of wear or without original tags

How to Request a Return

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return pickup or shipping.
  3. Returned items must reach us within 7 days of return approval.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-14 days (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will refund the full amount including shipping.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size issues or damaged items.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement item.

Process

  1. Contact us to initiate an exchange request.
  2. Ship the product back or wait for a scheduled pickup.
  3. After quality check, the exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
